Over the last forty years, ACSCO has developed a unique team of companies to create solutions to problems requiring injection molding. Our production capabilities are fully supported by our own dedicated staff as well as several long-term outside suppliers. Although our main products are bright decorative trim items, we have also fabricated components such as under-hood brackets and other functional interior and exterior parts.

ACSCO excels in the design and production of innovative trim pieces that integrate so perfectly with production vehicles, they seem factory installed. We’ve come up with creative solutions for everything from consoles, gage housings and instrument panel accessories to cup holders and fog light housings. Among our design and manufacture innovations are the development and production of exterior fender flares, mud guards and injection molded center consoles to meet critical design objectives and short delivery time requirements.

We have produced components for single-unit concept vehicles, limited production specialty vehicles, and supported high volume production vehicles. Our unique production methods allow us to remain a viable and competitive source for low and medium volume applications.

The injection mold process is used extensively on automotive and commercial applications. As with die-casting, injection molded components like nameplates yield a deep and dramatic appearance. Injection molded nameplates may be chrome plated or decorated by other means. This process is ideal for high volume production.
